Please can you give  notice as soon as possible if you need to cancel, so your slot can be offered to someone else. If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

A courtesy reminder email is sent the day before your appointment, with your alloted time slot. 

Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time, or missed appointments, are subject to a cancellation fee equal at the cost of the treatment booked.
